*If an item you purchased is out of stock and we are unable to get in touch with you, we will go ahead and issue you a refund. Generally, we will first give you the option to select another item or receive store credit to grab something else(Please note that it can take a few business days to see the refund in your account depending on which bank you use.)

We will send you a return label and can ship out the correct item from there. If we are out of stock in the item you ordered, you can select another item of equal value or receive store credit in place of this.
