*If our company is responsible for the problem, we will allow the return to our warehouse for refund or exchange.

*After receiving the goods, we will return the original product price and pay the return fee all the way (we will not charge us shipping fees). This solution is only available if Ashelystyle is responsible for shipping the wrong item/wrong size.
