Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Thanks for your order, Enjoy your shopping.
*We can make changes to your order or cancel as long as this did not already ship from our warehouse.Please email ashelystyle@outlook.com.
*If an item you purchased is out of stock and we are unable to get in touch with you, we will go ahead and issue you a refund. Generally, we will first give you the option to select another item or receive store credit to grab something else(Please note that it can take a few business days to see the refund in your account depending on which bank you use.)
Please note that all sale items are final sale. If you purchased an item at full price, you are able to exchange or receive store credit only.

Be sure to include in the email which items you are sending back, which items you wish to exchange for, or if you would prefer store credit.The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. However, if you received the incorrect item, or the item arrived damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.We apologize in advance if you have received an incorrect item. Please email ashelystyle@outlook.com to let us know, include a picture of your order invoice as well as a picture of the item that you received.
We will send you a return label and can ship out the correct item from there. If we are out of stock in the item you ordered, you can select another item of equal value or receive store credit in place of this.
