Contact our support team and explain the problem in detail, including the reason for the return, your order number and the product number of the SKU. For defective, incorrect or undescribed items, please send us clear pictures or videos of the problem. Our solution:

1. Ashelystyle service responsibilities:

*If our company is responsible for the problem, we will allow the return to our warehouse for refund or exchange.

*After receiving the goods, we will return the original product price and pay the return fee all the way (we will not charge us shipping fees). This solution is only available if Ashelystyle is responsible for shipping the wrong item/wrong size.
